Sometimes we don't understand why we are so sad. The Bible says that without God in our lives we can never find real happiness. We need to let the Saviour in - into our lives. Here is a prayer you could use to do just that. Dear Lord Jesus, I am sorry for not including you in my life and for the bad things I have done which I know have made me so unhappy. Please forgive me and come into my heart and life today. Amen.
