Emptiness

An often-heard cry from the heart of many is an overwhelming sense of emptiness. Sometimes it is the result of loss - of a loved one or perhaps something which has been the result of hard work…which is then taken away.
But many times the emptiness seems to be without real cause. It is a real experience but we just cannot seem to find a real reason for its presence.

The Bible says that man was created for fellowship with God.* If we choose not to enter into fellowship with Him we will instead find that our lives are incomplete. We will experience a real emptiness.

God has made His plan for this world known unto us through the Scriptures - the Bible. It is God's will that the history of mankind will find its fulfilment in Jesus and that all things in heaven and on earth will be made perfect in Him.
Now, the overwhelming part is that Jesus has promised to share everything, which is His, with us.

And here lies the solution to that void - to that emptiness. God wants to fill that emptiness with His love and with the riches found in Christ Jesus.

Why not ask the Lord Jesus to help you fully grasp what it means to know real fulfilment - to be filled with His love.

God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
