Jesus lived on this earth amongst us for 33 years during which time He performed miracle after miracle in the presence of many people. Yet, it was those same people who later cried out for Him to be crucified. The same people who lined the way jeering and mocking as He carried His cross to Calvary. Believing in Jesus is not dependant upon seeing Him with our eyes but trusting Him and learning to see Him with the eye of faith.
Jesus Himself said unto Thomas, one of His disciples "..because thou hast seen me, thou hast
believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed." |
