Sight
Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. (John 20:29)

Whenever we use our sight to guide us in our Christian walk we stop trusting God and put our confidence squarely back on self.

It is right to trust our sight to guide our footsteps in our physical walk but we need to step out in faith in our spiritual walk, placing our footsteps in those of the One who leads us. We can't see them and we don't know what direction they will take us, but we can have the assurance that we will be led on a safe path leading to great blessing.
For walk by faith and not by sight.(2 Corinthians 5:7)
