The Leg
He delighteth not in the strength of the horse: he taketh not pleasure in the legs of a man. The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.
(Psalm 147:10,11)

Our legs carry us to where we want to go. They support us when we carry heavy loads. Our legs are clearly our greatest physical strength. But they can also be our downfall.

Sometimes our legs take us to places God would rather we did not go. Sometimes we find ourselves walking in completly the wrong direction altogether.

God would just have us wait on Him so that He can direct our paths - so that He can point us in the right direction.

Did you know?

...that activities such as stair climbing, step aerobics and cycling build stronger leg muscles.
As a result, when you run (or walk) your legs do not need to use as many muscle cells (because each one is stronger) and this in turn saves energy.
